Playoffs & World Series

Wild Card Playoffs
The Wild Card Playoff schedule runs for 3 weeks (from Week 23 thru Week 25) and begins on the first Monday in September. The last week of September, Week 26, is an off week for the fantasy league since most MLB teams are out of contention and fill their rosters with minor league players.

Each team in the Wild Card Playoffs will begin with 25% of their points earned in the fantasy league Regular Season. When the Wild Card Playoffs end, the top 8 teams (based on 25% of their Regular Season points + their three week total of Wild Card Playoffs points) will advance to the World Series Playoffs. (Tiebreakers: 1st tiebreaker, the team with the most regular season points; 2nd tiebreaker, the team with the most wild card playoff points)

World Series Playoffs
The World Series Playoff schedule runs for 3 weeks (from Week 27 thru Week 29) and coincides with the MLB Championship and World Series games. It begins on the first Monday in October and ends when the last game of the MLB World Series is completed.

After the first week of the World Series Playoffs, only the top 4 teams (based on their 1st week of World Series points + their total Wild Card Playoffs points + 25% of their Regular Season points) will move on to the 2nd week of the World Series Playoffs. (Tiebreakers: 1st tiebreaker, the team with the most regular season points; 2nd tiebreaker, the team with the most total World Series playoff points)

After the second week only the top 2 teams (based on their 2 week total of World Series points + their total Wild Card Playoffs points + 25% of their Regular Season points) will move on to the 3rd and final week of the World Series Playoffs; i.e. the FSB World Series! (Tiebreakers: 1st tiebreaker, the team with the most regular season points; 2nd tiebreaker, the team with the most total World Series playoff points)

The FSB World Series and final week of the competition will start on the 3rd Monday in October and will last until the final game of the MLB World Series. The winner of the FSB World series (based on their 3 week total of World Series points + their total Wild Card Playoffs points + 25% of their Regular Season points) will win the league Grand Prize. (Tiebreakers: 1st tiebreaker, the team with the most regular season points; 2nd tiebreaker, the team with the most total World Series playoff points)
